One day, Luka thought, just one more day here and I can go home. Home being her small apartment in Angel Grove, California. Home not being this large mansion in France, where her father expected her to be a lady, somewhere she couldn't be herself. Somewhere she couldn't sit down an sketch away on what ever she felt like.

That was why Luka hated being a de Famille. She hated having to act like a lady around people she didn't know. And she hated her father for making her stay away from Japan. Of course, she could go back now, but, she had friends in Angel Grove, and she was going to uni, so, what was the point in going back now?

Exactly, there wasn't any more. She'd grown up, and her old friends wouldn't recognize her anymore. So, she'd finish up here, and head back to Angel Grove, act like a lady until her father lfet her at the air port, and then she'd go change into a pair of sweats and a tee shirt, and head home.

Ah, home. Home was nice and warm, with photo's, and blanket's, and the smell of coffee that never went away. She'd rest up, and then Luka would head back to uni, and catch up on her missed work, and then she'd head to work, and then, with spare time left, she'd draw some, before going out to dinner with friends.

But, until then, Ojou-Sama had to come out, she had to be Precious de Famille, the perfect daughter who wanted nothing more than to please her father. Which was a complete lie; She wanted nothing but to leave her father, and never see him again.

Ah, the drama of having to live two lives. But, Luka would put on an act, and pretend to be some she wasn't, at least until she got home.

Luka, it seems, has three distinct personalities; Her real self, Ojou-Sama, and Otaku-Luka. Her real self is very fun loving, and loves manga and video games. She has a sweet tooth, and is shy around boys. The Ojou-Sama side of her is very pulled together, and doesn't seem to mind being called Precious. This side is also an act that Luka puts on for her parents and other adults, at parties and such. And lastly, Otaku-Luka is an exaggeration of her real self's love of more 'geeky' and 'dorky' things.

Her real self, though, is who she really is, so, most people only know that side of her. Luka enjoys drawing anime, as much as she likes reading manga, and it's her dream to become a manga artist. She also enjoys crime novels, but, is frightened easily by things such as spiders, dogs and thunder. She's anemic, and thus has to take iron pills, and during her last few school years, she didn't partake in gym classes. She also enjoys Cosplaying, dressing up as character's from manga and anime's. Her favourite is Kagamini Rin, a vocaloid.

Luka was born Precious de Famille in Paris, France to Mathew de Famille and Mine Kamaki, both rich. She traveled between her mother and father during her childhood, until she was 10, when she decided to wanted to live in Japan with her mother. But, that's for later.

As Luka was growing up, since she was often moving back and forth, and couldn't bring everything with her, she tried to find some things she could take back and forth, finding video games and manga's in Japan, and bringing them to France with her. Time when on, and she came to really enjoy manga and video games, they'd become a like for her, not just something to do.

When Luka was ten, she decided she didn't want to keep coming back and forth between France and Japan, and decided to live with her mother full time, which her father didn't like very much. Her father tried to find a way to keep her in France, but, since her parent's hadn't been married, she was more likely to be able to stay with her mother anyway. Her mother was happy about it, which made Luka happy.

Time passed, and Luka attended middle school in Japan. But, then her mother got sick, and was in the hospital, urging her father to take her. This Luka wasn't happy about, and refused to live in France, so, her father had a compromise. Luka could live in the States, away from her mother and friends, but, she had to be a lady, the one thing she hated. But, since it was that or France, she chose it. Just until she graduated, she told herself.

But, she made friends in the States, in Angel Grove, so, she stayed, even after graduating, and began to attend university, studying history. Of course, this was just to pass time, while she worked on her art skills, and while she waited to become a manga artist.
